SIDirect - The AutomationDirect System Integrator Program

The purpose of SIDirect is to extend AutomationDirect's award-winning customer service and support into the field. The SIDirect Program promotes the training of System Integrators on AutomationDirect products and assists them in acquiring the necessary tools to effectively and efficiently design, program, and install AutomationDirect core products such as PLCs, HMIs, AC Drives and Servos.

The SIDirect Program is also designed to assist System Integrators in obtaining more business. Due to our growing customer base, we continually get requests from customers who require local service and support. Since our business model is direct sales we do not offer engineering or field service groups to provide on site support. The SIDirect program enables AutomationDirect to refer new and existing customers to qualified System Integrators who have expertise with our products.
