Hitachi EMI/ RFI Filters
Hitachi EMI/ RFI Filters for L100 and SJ100 Drives
The RF filters can be used on either side of the inverter to reduce radio frequency noise on the input or
output side of the inverter. EMI filters reduce electromagnetic interference or noise on the input side of the
inverter. EMI filters are needed for CE compliance.The following models are available:

CFI-L - Input side capacitive RF filter, 230V AC, 50/60 Hz (reduces electrical noise radiated from
drive input power wiring), used with all drive Hp ranges.

CFI-H - Input side capacitive RF filter, 460V AC 50/60 Hz (reduces electrical noise radiated from
drive input power wiring), used with all drive Hp ranges.

ZCL-A - Input/output reactive RF filter (reduces electrical noise radiated from drive input/output
power wiring), used with all drives above 5 Hp 230V AC.

ZCL-B40 - Input/output reactive RF filter (reduces electrical noise radiated from drive input/output
power wiring), used with all drives up to 5 Hp 230V AC or 10 Hp 460V AC.

FFL Series - EMI input filters for CE compliance, from 1/4 to 10 Hp. 230V AC single phase and 460V
AC three phase. (Reduces the conductive electrical noise on the main power wiring).
