NEMA 4X Disconnect Enclosures offered by AutomationDirect are designed to house select disconnects from
the following manufacturers:

- Square D
Construction
- 14 gauge 304 stainless steel bodies and doors
- Continuously welded seams ground smooth
- Rolled lip around all sides of opening keeps out liquids and contaminants.
- All stainless steel exterior hardware
- All interior and exterior parts of these enclosures are stainless steel except for print pocket.
- Stainless steel door clamps around three sides of doors for a watertight seal; additional
door hardware is not required.
- Body and door stiffeners provided in larger enclosures for extra rigidity
- Doors removed by pulling stainless steel continuous hinge pin.
- SSN4X603712 has closed-cell neoprene gasket; others in this group have polyurethane poured-in-place gasket.
- Bracket welded to door for attaching disconnect interlock door catch
- Holes in body for mounting disconnect operating handle and operating mechanism.
Finish
- Enclosures have a grained finish on all external surfaces
- Optional subpanels are white polyester powder over phosphatized surfaces

- Disconnect switch or circuit breakers, operating handle, and operating mechanism must be ordered separately.
- Operator adapter plates are not required with this enclosure.
- Make sure the disconnect device you are using will fit the enclosure size you choose.
