NEMA 12 Console and Consolets - Subpanels and Accessories

Subpanels are not included with enclosures and must be purchased separately. The specifications table for each enclosure family lists the part number of the subpanel that goes with each enclosure. AutomationDirect offers the following types of NEMA 12 console and consolet subpanels and accessories:

Subpanels for NEMA 12 Console and Consolet Enclosures

• NP Series - Subpanels for NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 4/12 and 12 Wall Mount Enclosures.
  Subpanels for NEMA 1 large, 12, 4 and 4X wall mount enclosures are made of 12-gauge steel. Subpanels with any side over 17” have 3/4” flange on all sides. Subpanels are painted white polyester powder.
  
  

Miscellaneous Enclosure Accessories

Various enclosure accessories are offered, including:

• WC10, WC12 and WC14 Series - Tops, rack angles and writing desks.
  Optional tops and writing desks are available for several of the operator console units. The rack angle fints in all WC series consoles, but provides standard rack hole spacing for only the WC14B model.
  
  
• Touch-up paint
  ANSI-61 gray satin enamel in 12 oz. spray can. Use on existing enclosure and subpanel finishes.
  
  
• Hole seals
  Designed to seal extra pushbutton holes, conduit openings, and knockout openings from dirt, dust, oil and water. Has quick wing nut and oil-resistant gasket. Steel hole seals are finished with ANSI-61 gray polyester powder. Stainless steel hole seals have a grained finish.
  
  
• Casters
  Casters can be used on any enclosure to provide mobility. Caster kit includes two swivel casters and two stationary casters, along with all necessary hardware. Made from zinc-plated steel.
  
  
• Clamp Nuts
  Clamp nut for unistrut. Clamping nuts are available for special purposes and spares, but they are not required for standard enclosure accessories. All enclosure accessories are provided with the required mounting hardware.
