NITRA CPSF Series cylinder switches are designed for food and beverage or harsh duty washdown applications (IP69K rated).

These pneumatic switches mount on air cylinders with a T-slot channel. Using CPSA Series adapters or CPSS Series stainless steel mounting bands, these cylinder sensors can be used with tie rod cylinders or round body style pneumatic cylinders.

The NITRA CPSF Series of pneumatic cylinder switches offers a robust, yet cost-effective interface between pneumatic actuators and electrical control systems. Using state-of-the-art AMR magnetic sensing technology, these magnetic cylinder sensors are designed for use with pneumatic cylinders that have a magnet incorporated in the cylinder piston.

These cylinder sensors can be used to provide cylinder position indication, cycle count or to confirm operation. Pre-tested for use with NITRA pneumatic cylinders, these cylinder switches are also suitable for use with other brands of pneumatic cylinders with magnetic pistons.

Accessories

NITRA Pneumatics cylinder switch mounting adapters are made of extruded aluminum and are used to mount CPS or CPSF series T-slot cylinder switches to tie rod style cylinders. Available in five sizes to fit tie rods from 1/8 inch [3mm] to 3/4 inch [20mm].
