Process and temperature controllers are powerful process control tools, but they offer very simple operation.
Process controllers take a signal from a temperature device, such as a thermocouple or RTD, or from a pressure/ flow/ level sensor, and maintain a setpoint using an output signal.
In addition to our new advanced SOLOTM temperature controllers, we also still offer simple 1/16 DIN On/Off (PM series) and temperature controllers (PC or TC series).
SOLO Temperature Controllers
AutomationDirect’s SOLOTM is a single loop dual output temperature controller that can control both heating and cooling simultaneously.
- Four types of control modes: PID,
ON/OFF, Ramp / Soak and Manual.
- Available outputs include relay,
voltage pulse, current, and linear voltage (depending upon controller model)
- Up to three alarm outputs available

- Seventeen alarm types available in the initial setting mode
