This allows connectivity to an operator interface and networking with an AC drive or another PLC at the same time. Simple high-speed counting or pulse output built in (on specific models). The DL05 includes built-in configurable high-speed I/O. There’s no need to purchase a separate motion controller or programmable limit switch (PLS). Easy ZIPLink connection The 16-point option modules can connect to ZIPLink modules including feedthrough terminals, fuse, LED and relay.

FREE Software The new PC-DS100 package has all the features of the full package but is restricted to a 100-word program download. Memory cartridge only $55.00 with real-time clock for event scheduling or data logging applications. Also battery back-up and integrated upload and download buttons. Use the built-in PID loops and build a micro control system at an unbeatable price. Practical connectivity built-in with two RS-232 serial communication ports. Port 2 supports industry standard Modbus RTU protocol (master and slave at 38.4K baud). Four PID loops with auto tuning included at no additional charge. DirectSOFT programming software includes a loop tune screen with trending, and fill-in charts for alarms and ramp/soak profiles.
