DL05 PLC - Spare Parts and Specialty Items Spare parts and accessories for the DirectLOGIC 05 programmable logic controller include the following: D0-ACC-1 - DL05 accessory pack includes one each of the I/O terminal block, I/O terminal block cover, and option slot cover. D0-ACC-4 - D0 discrete I/O option card replacement terminal blocks, includes 13-position terminal block (quantity 2), and 10-position terminal block (quantity 2) D0-MC-BAT - Replacement battery for D0-01MC memory option module. F0-IOCON - DL05 PLC analog option card terminal blocks. F0-IOCON-THM - Terminal block for DL05/ DL06 PLCs THM module. FA-CABKIT - Universal cable kit for all CPUs (with RS232C ports) and personal computers. Comes with four pre-wired D-Sub to modular adapters, which can connect most RS-232C ports using a single unshielded 7 ft. (2.1 m) cable (included). Includes manual with product. Note: Does not include 15-pin connector for bottom port of of D2-250 CPU. FA-24PS - This compact power supply accepts 85-265 VAC input and provides up to 1.2 A output current at 24 VDC. NOTE: The FA-24PS is not intended to be used to power DC-powered PLCs. FA-ISOCON - Universal, isolated RS232C to RS422/ RS485 converter. Switch selectable for ANTE (Automatic Network Transmitter Enable) or RTS/CTS handshaking, works with all DirectLogic PLC families and virtually any serial device. Isolation reduces network data problems caused by noisy environments. Power directly from the 5 V pins on most DirectLOGIC CPU ports, from a PLC base 24 VDC power supply, or from an external power supply. Cables and connectors to most COM ports (RJ12, DB9-female, DB25-male) provided. Integral DIN rail clamp or can be panel mounted. Manual included with product. F2-UNICON - RS232C to RS422 converter. Converts RJ12 RS232C port to a DB25 male RS422 port. Powered directly from the 5 V pins on most DirectLOGIC CPU ports. Includes 1 ft. cable with two RJ12 6P6C plugs, and DIN rail mounting kit. Includes manual with product. NOTE: The F2-UNICON provides no signal isolation, so it is not recommended for noisy industrial environments. FA-UNICON - In-line, DB25, RS232C to RS422/ RS485 converter. Connectors provided for the D3-422-DCU and to connect a DirectLOGIC RJ11/ RJ12 RS232C port to a DB25 female RS422/ RS485 connector. Power directly from the PLC base 24 VDC supply or an external power supply. Connection to a PC RS232 COM port requires a custom cable. A pin 4-20 jumper is required on the FA-UNICON for DB9. NOTE:The FA-UNICON provides no signal isolation, so it is not recommended for noisy industrial environments. It generates control system schematics, panel layouts, bills of material, wire lists, terminal plans and more to automate the design process. The promis•e Aero product is available in two versions: AutoCAD Add-on or Stand-alone. The Add-on version runs as an application inside AutoCAD. The Stand-alone version requires no additional CAD software since it includes a 100% DWG compatible graphics engine. All versions of promis•e Aero can share work files with the full-featured versions of promis•e. A truly international solution, promis•e Aero fully supports both IEC/ DIN and ANSI/ JIC page and symbol formats. Dialogs and menus can be set for various languages including English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
