DirectLOGIC 205 (DL205) PLC - Analog I/O Modules

The DL205 PLC line offers a wide variety of different analog modules, including thermocouple (16-bit) and RTD (16-bit). The modules support an incredible range of signals including 4-20 mA (sinking and sourcing), 0-5 V, 0-10 V, -5 V to +5 V, and -10 V to +10 V, allowing the DL205 PLC to connect to almost any device including pressure transmitters, proportional valves, AC drives, panel meters and more. The 16-bit thermocouple module can also be configured to measure 16-bit input signals of -5 to +5 VDC, 0-156 mv, -156 mv to +156 mv.

Analog Input Modules

• F2-04AD-1 - 4-channel 4-20 mA
• F2-04AD-2 - 4-channel 0-5 V, 0-10 V, -5 V to +5 V, -10 V to +10 V
• F2-08AD-1 - 8-channel 4-20 mA
• F2-08AD-2 - 8-channel 0-5 V, 0-10 V, -5 V to +5 V, -10 V to +10 V

Analog Output Modules

• F2-02DA-1 - 2-channel 4-20 mA
• F2-02DA-2 - 2-channel 0-5 V, 0-10 V, -5 V to +5 V, -10 V to +10 V
• F2-02DA-1L - 2-channel 4-20 mA (12 VDC supply)
• F2-02DA-2L - 2-channel 0-5 V, 0-10 V, -5 V to +5 V, -10 V to +10V (uses 12 VDC supply)
• F2-02DAS-1 - 2-channel 4-20 mA, 16-bit isolated
• F2-02DAS-2 - 2-channel 0-5 V, 0-10 V 16-bit isolated
• F2-08DA-1 - 8-channel 4-20 mA, sink/ source selectable
• F2-08DA-2 - 8-channel 0-5 V, 0-10 V

Analog Combination Input/Ouput modules

• F2-4AD2DA - 4-channel in/ 2-channel out 4-20 mA
  
  
• F2-8AD4DA-1 - 8 channel analog input module and 4 channel analog output module.
  Inputs: Selectable 16 bit, 14-bit, or 12-bit resolution, range: 0-20 mA.
  Outputs: 16 bit resolution, range: 4-20 mA, current sourcing.
  
  NOTE: Not supported in D2-230 and D2-240 DirectLOGIC CPUs.
  
  
• F2-8AD4DA-2 - 8 channel analog input module and 4 channel analog output module.
  Inputs: Selectable 16 bit, 14-bit, or 12-bit resolution, range: 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC.
  Outputs: 0-5 VDC at 15 bit resolution, 0-10 VDC at 16 bit resolution.
  
  NOTE: Not supported in D2-230 and D2-240 DirectLOGIC CPUs.

Temperature

• F2-04RTD - 4-channel RTD input; 0.15 C resolution
• F2-04THM - 4-channel 16-bit; thermocouple and millivolt

NOTES: New option modules may not be supported by CPUs purchased prior to the modules release.
