DL305 Optional Program Memory

Optional Program Memory is available for the DL305 as follows:

D3-RAM-1 - D3-330 RAM chip, pack of 2
D3-340-EE - Optional D3-340 CPU EEPROM chips (4 in set) only 1 chip per CPU is needed for program storage.
D3-CPU-UV - Optional DL330/DL330P/DL340 UVPROM chips (4 in set) only 1 chip per CPU is needed for program memory storage, requires a D3-PWU (PROM Writer Unit) to store the program to the UVPROM.
