DL405 Memory Cartridges
The D4-440 CPU requires the use of a memory cartridge and the D4-450 CPU can use a memory cartridge instead
of its built-in memory if additional program space is needed. The following memory cartridges are available
for the D4-440 and D4-450 CPUs:

D4-EE-2 - 15.5K EEPROM memory cartridge

D4-RAM-1 - 7.5K RAM memory cartridge with battery

D4-RAM-2 - 15.5K RAM memory cartridge with battery
