These safety relay modules are developed and manufactured according to IEC and EN European standards and are RoHS, CE, UL Listed and tested by TUV for compliance.
What are Safety Relay Modules?
- Safety relays are coils and contacts that are designed to be positively driven and assure a reliable opening and closing for safety applications.
- The Dold Safety Relay Modules consist of safety Relays that are controlled by a built-in monitoring function.
- All the products house the same safety Relay, but have different monitoring and interfacing specific for an application.
- Safety Ratings
- Single Channel – Category 2 to EN954-1, PLd to EN13849-1 and SIL 2 to IEC/EN 61508
- All other units – Category 4 to EN954-1, PLe to EN13849-1 and SIL 3 to IEC/EN 61508
- All Units are RoHS, CE, UL Listed and tested by TUV for compliance.

- For single Emergency Stop relay applications
- Dual Channel
- For Emergency Stop Relay or Safety Gate Relay applications with single or dual channel monitoring
- Dual Channel with Time Delay
- For Emergency Stop Relay or Safety Gate Relay Applications with single or dual channel monitoring
- Designated set of time delay contacts
- Two Hand Operation
- For Two Hand Control Module applications like stamping, where an operator must activate a button with each hand before machine operation proceeds
- Light Curtain Controllers
- For monitoring Light Curtain Applications
- Basic and Multi-function unit with added monitoring for muting and stepping applications
- Relay Extension Module
- Can be wired to any Safety Relay to increase number of output contacts
