Compact Limit Switches - AEM2G Series
New! ... AEM2G Series Compact Limit Switches
Our AEM2G series compact limit switches have die cast metal housings that are epoxy resin filled for IP67 rating.
These compact sized metal limit switches have standard U.S. 25mm mounting hole spacing. Models offered include a variety of actuator types:
plunger, lever, rod and spring actuators. Contact types include both snap-action and slow-make/slow-break limit switches.
AEM2G series industrial limit switches start at $24.00
(AEM2G11Z11-3)
Features
- 35mm wide die-cast metal housings
- 3-meter prewired cable on all limit switch units
- 1 N.O. and 1 N.C. contact on all limit switch units
- Compact size with standard 25mm hole spacing
- 24 different limit switch actuator heads
- Epoxy resin-filled for IP67 rating
- Both snap-action (Z11) contacts and slow-make/slow-break (X11) contacts are available
- N.C. contacts are positive-opening operated unless otherwise noted
Limit Switch Contact Types
- Snap-action contact (Z11):
A contact element in which the contact motion is independent of the speed of the limit switch actuator. This feature ensures reliable
electrical performance even in applications involving very slow moving actuators.
- Slow-make/slow-break contacts (X11):
A contact element in which the contact motion is dependent on the limit switch actuator speed.
