ZIPport Eight-port Interconnection Junction Blocks

A simple and effective way to organize machine wiring for a variety of control system applications!

These wire junction blocks are also sometimes referred to as: wiring connection blocks, panel junction blocks, junction wiring blocks or termination blocks. They are especially useful as sensor junction blocks to consolidate wiring from various types of sensors.

ZIPport™ multi-port interconnection junction blocks provide a simple and effective way to organize machine wiring for a variety of control systems, such as machinery, packaging equipment and conveying systems.

a main homerun control cable is run back to the main control cabinet, so the cost associated with errors in wiring, rewiring, and I/O replacement is greatly reduced.
The designer can choose from a variety of circuit configurations in industry standard M12-style connection, in port configurations of 4-, 6- and 8-pole, with a choice of one I/O per port or two I/O per port.

Features:

Two Socket versions: rated for 48 VDC max and 3 amps or 150 VAC/DC max and 3 amps each
Two pin-out options: 4-pin with 1 I/O per socket and 5-pin with 2 I/O per socket
Optional LED indicators: Power plus PNP or NPN signal LED indicators
Field wiring options: 5-meter integrated cable or cable clamp for field wired connection
Operating Temperature Range: -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to 176°F)
2 port caps included for unused port protection (additional caps available in packs of 5)
IP67 rated, UL Listed - File E328610, RoHS compliant
