Wire Duct Accessories for T1 / T1E / TSH series Wire Duct
A variety of accessories are available for the T1 series rigid PVC wiring duct, the T1E series thin finger wire duct and the TSH series solid wire duct.

Duct Separators
Duct separators allow the physical separation
of circuits within a single piece of
duct.
- Available for 1.5, 2.25, 3.0 inch duct heights
- Two meters (6.56 feet) in length and sold in multi-piece packages or by the piece.

Wire Retainers
Keep wiring bundles
in place when the duct cover is
removed and hold wires during wiring operations.
Allows easy access to the interior of the
wiring duct during maintenance or alterations.
Installed with a simple rotating
movement and anchors firmly in the
recess boss in the duct base.

Identification Tags
Allow easy identification of control gear
and switchgear. Tags are mounted by
snapping the clip onto the sidewall finger
segments of the duct and don't have to be removed when cover is removed.
Tags can only be used with T1 series wire duct. |

Mounting Inserts
Two mounting insert styles are available: ZP1 for
mounting components and separators
inside duct, and for mounting small sizes of duct
inside larger sizes; and ZP2, which is
used with a cable tie to secure a wire bundle
inside the duct.

Rivets
Wire duct rivets install quickly and easily with the companion rivet tool, offering good
temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties. They can be used to
install all types of wire duct with standard mounting holes. The rivets come in packages of 250 pieces.

Rivet Tools
The blue R4 polyamide rivet (with the red B4 tool) is used to install wire duct with 5/32" (4 mm) mounting holes. The white R6 polyamide rivet (with the yellow B6 tool) is used to install wire duct with 7/32" (5.5 mm) mounting holes. |
