Iboco Wire Duct and Wire Management Accessories
Wire ducts are sometimes referred to as wire track, wire troughs, wireway, wire raceway or wire channel.
AutomationDirect offers several varieties of rigid and flexible wiring duct, spiral wrap wire and cable protectors and wire sleeving (expandable braided sleeving).
Accessories offered include: replacement wire duct covers, wire duct separators, wire retainers, identification tags, mounting inserts, rivets and rivet tools.
Rigid Wiring Duct
AutomationDirect offers rigid wire duct from Iboco in a variety of sizes and styles for all your panel wiring
needs. The T1 (standard) and T1E (thin finger) series open-slot rigid wire duct, and TSH series (solid) wire duct
are made of PVC and carry a UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
- Iboco T1 and T1E series wiring duct are available in
standard gray and white.
- The T1 series wire duct is also available in blue and black, for specialized wiring identification.
- Using blue wire duct indicates
the wiring inside runs to intrinsically safe
(meaning where safety is essential) components in a control panel. Control panels used in
chemical plants, grain elevators or other environments where explosive gases may exist are
examples of intrinsic blue wireway applications.
- The black wire duct was introduced as a product
for the data communication industry. Network cabling systems, fiber cable racks, patch panels and telecommunication closets, are examples of applications
for the black wire raceway.
- TSH Series Solid Wall Wire Duct (available in gray)
offers better protection for wiring from dust, water splash and other industrial flying particles inside and outside the electrical cabinet.
- Most Iboco wire duct is sold in 2 meter (6.56 feet) lengths, complete with duct covers, in convenient multi-piece packages or by the
piece.
- Replacement wire duct covers can be purchased separately.

Dinosaur Flexible Wiring Duct
Dinosaur self-adhesive flexible duct is resilient
and can be bent and twisted without
breaking. Manufactured from low-smoke,
halogen-free polypropylene material, it
carries a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and
CSA approval.

Spiral Wrap
For neatly grouping wire bundles simply and economically,
spiral wrap has no equal. Strong, yet easy to install, it
protects the wire or cable bundle, keeping it flexible though tightly
contained. It is easily removed and reusable for temporary
wiring.

Braided Sleeving
This lightweight, expandable, self-extinguishing polyester
sleeving has an open weave to allow maximum diameter
expansion. It is also abrasion resistant,
