Our offices will be closed on Thursday & Friday, November 26th & 27th, for Thanksgiving Orders for stock items placed by 3:00 PM ET (2:00 PM cutoff for FedEx shipments) on Wednesday, November 25th will ship same day (if paid for by Credit Card or charged to a PO account in good standing). Orders placed after the cutoff time on Wednesday, November 25th will ship on Monday, November 30th.

Before you request a return:

1. If requesting to return a product, please follow the instructions below and select the appropriate type of return.
2. Once the form is received, it will be reviewed and responded to promptly with a disposition.
3. Upon receipt of an RA number, please follow the steps on the attached return guidelines.

Suspected defective IronHorse motors 50hp and larger must be inspected and serviced by an EASA-approved motor shop. This requires authorization from our technical support staff to initiate such service. Search here to find a local shop nearest you: http://www.easa.com.

All Drives, Motors, Cirronet radio modems, C-More panels, and EZTouch panels require approval from our technical support staff prior to receiving a repair or return authorization. Please call (800) 633-0405 for approval on these products. Do not use the online return form for these products!
