Orders for stock items placed by 3:00 PM ET (2:00 PM cutoff for FedEx shipments) on Wednesday, November 25th will ship same day (if paid for by Credit Card or charged to a PO account in good standing). Orders placed after the cutoff time on Wednesday, November 25th will ship on Monday, November 30th.
Product Returns

Before you request a return:

  1. If requesting to return a product, please follow the instructions below and select the appropriate type of return.
  2. Once the form is received, it will be reviewed and responded to promptly with a disposition.
  3. Upon receipt of an RA number, please follow the steps on the attached return guidelines.

Marathon motors cannot be returned to AutomationDirect. For motor returns please contact Marathon Electric Sales and Support: Marathon Electric Sales Support

Suspected defective IronHorse motors 50hp and larger must be inspected and serviced by an EASA-approved motor shop. This requires authorization from our technical support staff to initiate such service. Search here to find a local shop nearest you: http://www.easa.com.

All Drives, Motors, Cirronet radio modems, C-More panels, and EZTouch panels require approval from our technical support staff prior to receiving a repair or return authorization. Please call (800) 633-0405 for approval on these products. Do not use the online return form for these products!
