despite some extra effort to get the PLC to see it, it adds a lot more TC channels for 1/3 the price of using PLC-dedicated TC input modules.

1) While the literature specifies a bit which indicates RTD failure or wiring problem, this bit is not accessible by the PLC when using the ERM module. 2) I set up the second module to use only 4 channels, but none would work until I reset the jumpers to use all the channels.

I purchased this product to provide a current analog output. I found out the hard way that the output sinks a load to ground. It DOES NOT SOURCE CURRENT. This fact is documented in the manual, but is obscure. I'm still trying to imagine the type of device this module is intended for.
