We are an OEM and have used several of these. For the money it is a great panel. Haven't purchased one for about 6 months, but one major issue I've had is that the lens/bezel is not replaceable. It is very susceptible to "bubbling", either time or heat or normal use will cause it to bubble up at some point. Some are worse than others, always within a few months. Normally our equipment is in a climate controlled room, this should not be happening. I wouldn't be concerned too much if it was replaceable. Maybe this issue has been resolved since our last purchase.

We have installed several of these over the past year or so. We have excellent service out of all of them with the exception of one that we purchased in April 2008. This unit would go the sleep and the only way to awake it was to cycle power. We have changed it out and are in the process of contacting tech support for help as what the problem might be. As soon as it is resolved more info will follow.
