Excellent value with better than average features and quality. Very simple to use in conjunction with Automation Direct PLC's. Also has an excellent interface to allow it to be configured over Modbus to use with other controllers as well. This unit has become our standard regardless of the PLC requested by our customers.

As other reviewers have mentioned, there are issues with the plastic on the front of the screen not laying perfectly flat after installation in an electrical enclosure - I always get ripples with the T8C model. The replaceable protective screen covers are also annoying as they add a blurry haze to the screen because they have a texture to their surface. Other than that these are fantastic and well priced. There are a few limitations to the software - I particularly don't like the inability to suppress events from triggering at startup - but overall the software is very intuitive and handles smaller scale and even some medium size projects with aplomb.

The only thing negative, is the flimsy top plastic sheet over the display. A hard surface would be preferred, but overall, it's a good value, and the software is by far the easiest stuff out there to use.

Very easy to make Professional applications to interface between the machine and the operator.
Integrating this Touch Panel with the AutomationDirect products lines of PLCs and Inverters produce a very reliable systems with a lot of info so the user knows every moment the actual status of the machine.

I love the C-more software. We now have 6 EA7-T8C screens in our wet lab with no water problems so far. The operators even like using them.

If only there were a driver that worked with the Galil RIO PLC I would be happy. Very little luck using the Modicon TCP/IP driver and Modbus. But I like these screens and the programming software is good except for the poor support of third-party PLCs like the Galil RIO.

Overall I think it is a good product, and the price is right. My only real problem is I wish that the bezel would lay flat and tight. It is wrinkly and causes a glare which makes the panel hard to read/use. I've tried several replacement bezels but none which were satisfactory. The support & customer service for this product have been excellent. Also, a more powerful webserver & faster communication with full telemetry would be preferred, but for the price it's a great product.

The graphics are good the only drawback to this HMI is that some of the objects like sliders are hard to use with your finger, but if you use a stylus they wrok great.

I've used quite a few of these in the past year, and I've had zero failures. The Symbol Factory graphics are decent, and easy to manipulate, and the driver database makes it more valuable to me. I really like the addition of the Siemens S7-200 drivers. Now, I'm not stuck with that terrible TP-177A anymore. THe AB native tag drivers work well, as do the 5/05 Ethernet / IP drivers. Good stuff!

I have installed several of these for various customers all of whom are very satisfied. The data logging, web and FTP servers sell the product. Excellent driver library. Only drawbacks I've encountered are frequent firmware changes (I have four different versions of C-more on my laptop)and inability to scale analog data tags making for extra programming work and sub par trend graphs.
