Excessive torque relaxation was measured after thermal cycling test (50 hours -40C to +60C 10 cycles) using 19 strand THHN Copper. Initial torque value 275 lb/in after test value was found to be 185 lb/in. Also, one of the Line Power Lugs has only two threads of engagement, the Rockwell hardness of the hex nut and geometry of the nut wall leave something to be desired. In my humble opinion this PDB does not get high scores in these areas.

The CAD drawing you provide for this product is inconsistent with the features and dimensions of the product. It needs to be updated. 3D CADs (preferably SolidWorks or IGES) would be gratefully appreciated for this and many of your other products. These also serve to 'lock' your product into a design, as once an engineer incorporates your 3D CAD, they are reluctant to use a different part in the future.

These are well-made, high quality distribution blocks. Only complaint is that physical dimensions and mounting hole dimensions are not included with the packaged instruction sheet.

570 amps into 14 AWG wire? I don't think so. I did not want a product such as this. I needed common feed blocks for 120VAC and 24VDC power distribution in a control panel. This was a big waste of time and money for me.

I did not realize what this actually was when I bought it. Who would safely use a 380 amp distribution block to feed out unfused #14 gauge wire? I needed common terminal blocks for feeding 120VAC and 24VDC power in a control panel. Even if I was doing higher power distribution I would never used a product such as this. It in and out power sizing's are just wrong.
