We installed two and are going to replace all of our similar operations with this unit. The operators love the large readout that can be read from a distance and there is a lot of versatility in this instrument especially considering the price!

Its a versatile controller that is quick to deploy. Some of the display characters are a bit hard to read but it is quickly overcome. This controller is at the core of several processing systems that have been built.

Used 2 of these units to replace old German units on a 12 year old machine. Has now been 2 years since installation and not one problem. Easy to use and easy to program, especially with the software! These units are used 4-6 hours per day, 5 days a week for two years, so far! You won't be disappointed, and the warranty term is icing on the cake.

This controller is a bargain compared to comparable products. 2 things that would make it better (for me) would be a self-tuning feature (in addition to auto-tune) and a display indication when the outputs are disabled via the event input.

The TIC went bad on operation when it get little wet by weather temp. suddenly changes. Analog input have no protection. if you give 4-20mA wrong direction, TIC get instant broke.

At first i picked this item purely on value, After purchase i realized what a great unit this was. When planning for this application i missed the need for several features that this unit had. Using the PID heating loop with the auto-tuning feature works great. Buy this unit.
