I needed a quick and easy solution to automate a clients test lab VFD control setup. They manually started each device using the VFD keypads. One of their clients wanted to perform a long duration (3 week) trial run with the lab equipment used in place of the existing process equipment. The isolated contacts of the C0-04TRS worked great to control the multiple VFD's without having to use separate isolating relays. All of this and at the right price.

This was my first experience with the Click line, and I was pleasantly surprised. Unit went above and beyond. Commands usually only found in PLC's, and at a smart relay price.

I used this module in an application where a master control system overrides the controls of a local machine. Since the machine is mission critical, we did not want a fault of the master control system or the interfacing PLC to take the machine out of service. The SPDT relay contacts allowed me to return full local control to the slave machine just by killing the power to the PLC, without messing around with interposing relays.
