Would be nicer if there was an available ZipLink cable pre-wired for a 405 card. It wasn't too bad using the pigtail cable, though, and we pre-wired it ourselves.

In an existing control panel with limited room, two 16 point dc inputs had to be added. The PLC panel would not accomodate Feed Through Connector Modules. The conduit from the PLC panel into an adjacent box would not accomodate using a standard ZipLink cable with molded ends so a pigtail cable was chosen. Wiring the input modules to Dinnector terminal blocks was straightforward with the pigtail cable wiring pinout and allowed the project to be completed on time.

Very, very nice. Great quality, nice and compact. I also like the terminal labels which make wiring a snap. Much easier than wiring the I/O connector on the PLC.

This cable is hard to remove from the PLC module. When trying to remove it the expansion module releases from the PLC easier than the cable from the module
