For those who may be wondering what color "clear" is REALLY, the handle is clear and it accurately shows the color of the light source. Incandescent looks like incandescent white. The standard LED that come with this is "LED White" (kind of a bluish-white color). There is also the unlisted feature that you could use it with a colored LED (red, blue, green or yellow) and create a switch that is clear (when off) or lighted in any color you like (when on). Also, I want to point out that the LED is polarity sensitive when used on DC - X1 positive, X2 negative or it will not light. Also each switch block has only one contact - green is N.O., brown is N.C. The switch, as shown in the picture has both for each direction and each block is about an inch high. Excellent switch for my needs.

ILLUMINATED SELECTOR SWITCH WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL. THE LED LAMP INSIDE THE KNOB IS A GREAT FEATURE. SAVES ON HAVING TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL PILOT LIGHT.

A great LED switch for the cost! I would be leary if this is needed on any high end project, due to the quality of craftsmanship. Other than that, so far so good. Going on 2weeks installed.

The selectors operate easily and light brightly. I recently used them in an outdoor application and they looked and worked very well.
