Residential quality. Was perfect for my intended use which was to let me know the time was up. Just like the buzzer on my dryer, except it doesn't stop without disconnecting the power.

Easy to install. Loud enough to be heard in a shop environment. One thing, the sound is on when the light is on - they're not independently controllable. Just something to keep in mind (doh!)

Check temperature rating for outdoor use. Has been in outdoor application for 1.5 years and continues doing its job. An outdoor pump alarmed the other day and was located using this device.
