I concur with a previous reveiw that said they fall apart too easy, in fact one fell apart so easy it was unusable and I considered returning it. What I did instead was to super glue the plastic threads of the stick to the housing. I would rather break the housing than have this thing falling off all the time. Not sure if the design idea was to have it shear off, but this exposes small parts and tiny springs... just not a good situation. Given the great price and the ease of replacing a broken actuator, super gluing the threads is a good alternative. I would like to see AD address this issue... and also consider a short stick version (short sticks provide less leverage and reduce breakage).

The actuator levers fall apart too easily. Poor durability. Had to replace a set of two of these switches three times in the last year, because they just fell apart. They are not as durable as the ones I installed in 2007, which are still in service. Those were the previous version of A/D "joystick" type switches.

This was planned for a production environment. After a short period in our pilot shop, this product fell apart. This was my first AutomationDirect purchase. Very disappointed.
