There is a lot of room for improvement for the software on the PC programming side. Once it gets to the PLC Think and Do seems to do ok. But the developement software on the PC is horrible. It has been crashing almost daily for the last 7 months and TnD tech support (not automation direct) says that unless I can give them a procedure on how to reproduce each crash or error there is nothing they can do. I went to the 3 day training class that helped some, since I had never used this before. And tech support was helpful when I had some problems when writing a CRC, but the problems with the development environment are more trouble than they are worth. But this was the software I was forced to use. But now my boss is thinking about changing software after seeing all the problems.

Good stuff, documentation incomplete, multiple calls to help desk needed. Help persons always had right answer and were fairly easy to reach. NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Powerful math and Visual Basic options.
