D3-350 CPU, 14.8K words total (7680 words ladder - EEPROM, 7168 words V-memory), RLL/RLLPLUS programming, two built-in RS-232C ports. Bottom port also supports RS-422, DirectNET Master/Slave, Modbus RTU Master/Slave. Advanced instruction set includes up to 4 PID loops. Requires DirectSOFT Release 2.2 or later to program. Battery not included.

Note:If you want to add battery backup, order D2-BAT-1 coin style battery (D3-D4-BAT will not work with D3-350).
