Terminal Blocks

AutomationDirect offers you quality terminal blocks and electrical connectors at half the standard price!

We also offer a wide range of industrial wiring supplies and wire management products, including building wire, hook-up wire, wire connectors, ferrules, wire duct and other accessory items.

Most control panels use some sort of terminal strips or terminal blocks to connect the control panel wiring (PLCs, relays, connectors, etc.) to the field wiring. This wire management function is a crucial part of the wire connector or electrical connector capabilities.

DINnectors terminal blocks

  • DINnectors provide a means of connecting and identifying two or more wires within the demands of an industrial environment.

  • DINnectors can terminate solid or stranded wires ranging from 18 to 3/0 AWG, and offer fusing, grounding or disconnecting capability within the terminal block itself.

  • Most DINnectors are modular in design, so you can mix as many combinations of types, wire-sizes and quantities as can fit on the universal DIN rail.

  • Our range of DINnectors terminal blocks is internationally approved by various national and international standards organizations such as UL, CSA, VDE, SEV, RINA and IEC.

  • DINnectors are the same or better quality than standard terminal block brand products often used for wire management --but they are significantly less expensive. Our direct e-commerce approach allows us to offer our DINnector terminal block products and other industrial wiring supplies at incredible values.

ZIPLink PLC Wiring System ZIPLink Five-second PLC Wiring System
Cut your PLC wiring time down to minutes instead of hours! The ZIPLink system eliminates the normally tedious process of wiring PLC I/O to terminal blocks. Simply plug one end of a ZIPLink cable into a DirectLOGIC I/O module and the other end into a ZIPLink connector module. It’s that easy! ZIPLinks use half the space, at a fraction of the total cost of terminal blocks.
