For utmost space and cost savings, integrated stepper motors and drives combine high-performance microstepping drives with high-torque stepper motors in one single unit. Standard and advanced models are available.
- Pulse/Direction or CW Pulse/CCW Pulse or A/B Quadrature depending on mode
- NEMA 17, 23, and 24 frame sizes
- Digital input filtering
- Three optically isolated digital inputs, 5 to 24 volts
- Step input signal smoothing (microstep emulation), synthesizes coarse steps into fine microsteps
- Dynamic smoothing removes spectral components from command sequence, reduces jerk and limits resonance
- Anti-resonance (electronic damping): raises the system-damping ratio to eliminate midrange instability and allow stable operation throughout the speed range
- Configurable hardware digital noise filter, software noise filter
- Dynamic current control makes motion smoother and allows the motor to run cooler
