Pneumatic Manifolds
Manifolds provide a junction point for the distribution of fluids or gases. Threaded fitting ports create an organized multi-line supply from a single source. These manifolds offer multiple input ports and two to ten output ports. and are available in aluminum, nylon, polypropylene or stainless steel.

For facilities with a single air supply that multiple pneumatic systems/tools share, a pneumatic manifold system provides a way to supply all systems simultaneously without the time-consuming and possibly dangerous task of continuously disconnecting and reconnecting the air supply. Manifolds create a single junction point for supplying multiple systems/tools on the same compressor without needing to run a separate supply line for each.
Aluminum round and rectangular styles, as well as rectangular nylon, polypropylene, and stainless steel models are available.

Aluminum MRA Series
MRA series aluminum manifolds distribute a common pneumatic supply to multiple threaded outlets. These manifolds are rated to 1000 psi, with 2 to 10 stations and inlet sizes up to 1 in female NPT. Select by station count, port size, and outlet orientation.
- MRA outlet connections range from #10-32 female UNF through 1/2in female NPT, with standard, 90-degree, and 180-degree outlet arrangements depending on model

Polypropylene MRP Series
MRP series polypropylene manifolds distribute air through two- to 10-station bodies rated to 150 psi. Models use 1/4 or 3/8in female NPT supply connections with 1/8 or 1/4in female NPT outlets depending on size, providing a nonmetallic manifold option where pressure requirements fall within the family rating.

Nylon MRN Series
MRN series Nylon 6 manifolds provide lightweight distribution for pneumatic circuits at pressures up to 200 psi. Two- through 10-station configurations use 1/4 or 3/8in female NPT supply connections with 1/8 or 1/4in female NPT outlets depending on model, allowing station count and port size to drive selection.

Stainless Steel MRS Series
MRS series stainless steel manifolds provide pneumatic distribution where substantially higher pressure capability is required. Two- through 10-station models are rated to 3500 psi and use 1/4 or 3/8in female NPT supply connections with 1/8 or 1/4in female NPT outlets depending on model, allowing selection by station count, port size, and system pressure.

Anodized Aluminum IM Series
IM series inline manifolds distribute air through anodized aluminum bodies rated to 3000 psi. Four-, six-, and eight-station models use dual supply inlets from 3/4 to 1-1/2in female NPT and paired outlets from 1/8 to 1/2in female NPT. Outlet positioning at 45 and 135 degrees provides two connection directions at each station.
