Cmore is the go-to touch panel. Affordable, dependable hardware; good intuitive software, and great support.
Great value! Much better than the old 6.00" units, at a better price. Easy to install and program, and the widescreen is really nice for process overview screens.

The EA9 series displays are extremely nice for the price. The only thing that I would like to see is the ability to set the ranges of some of the objects to a tag rather than a hard coded value. If they had that feature (which is available in some of the competing brands that I've used), they would be perfect for just about every application.
This panel is extremely easy to program and implement. It's a great value, especially compared with the price you'd pay for an equivalent big-name panel. I've used 6 of these in the last couple of months, and I've been pretty impressed.1 person found this review helpful.
good product and reliable
Have used this item on several projects, very reliable and provides a very useful interface.
I had already reviewed this item when I purchased the first one, but I need to revise. I had to drop the quality rating down by one because of the additional four that I purchased, one was defective. There was a very small particle under the screen membrane causing the touch function to not work. It's a very small spec that is difficult to see. However, when you turn it on, the pointer points right to it because the debris is activating the touch point.
We use the C-More HIM to replace Allen-Bradley Panelview Plus HMI's. They are much more cost effective. Even though there is a difference in quality it is not a limiting factor. They have lasted as long as the Allen-Bradley equipment in most applications. Considering that you can purchase 2 C-More panels to 1 Allen-Bradley you can always have a shelf spare. Great item to use if you wish to get away from the $$HIGH$$ of other HMI panel. On a technical side the limits are only having a set number of tags per display. It can be aggravating at time, but not a show stopper
The EA9 Series is by far my favorite HMI. I am primarily an AB CompactLogix and SLC500 user. These panels integrate so well with AB. Our local rep has stated that AD HMI's are their biggest competitor in our area! Needless to say, he isn't very happy! So much more user friendly than the AB PV+ and you don't need a capital request to buy one! I highly recommend AB users to give these a try. The software is very low cost as well and easy to navigate. I have always dis-liked AB FT-View Software and I haven't met anyone who does like it.
