Productivity Motion components provide high-speed tracking, positioning, and move routines needed in many fast-paced or motion-based applications. High-speed and pulse-width-modulated I/O modules are easily installed in local or remote PLC racks. Each PS-AMC motion controller connects via Ethernet to select Productivity CPUs and can coordinate up to four axes of motion.

HSC high-speed counter modules provide two independent single-ended 5-24 VDC inputs that accept up to 100kHz pulse/direction and quadrature signals. Additionally, two 5-24 VDC general-purpose high-speed inputs are included.
HSI modules are high-speed (1MHz) input modules with differential (line receiver, 5V max.) and single ended (5-24V) inputs that accept up to 1MHz pulse/direction and quadrature signals on each of the two independent input channels.
HSO modules are high-speed (1MHz) output modules that support pulse/direction, up/down and quadrature pulse output on each of the two independent output channels. The high-speed output modules have both line driver and open drain outputs.
The PS-AMC motion controllers provide coordinated motion for up to 4 axes with up to a 1MHz switching frequency, 24 high-speed input points, 4-channel differential encoder inputs, 12 high-speed output points, and 4-channel differential outputs.
