Electrical and Pneumatic Interfaces (CMV Series)

Electrical and pneumatic interfaces for the NITRA CMV modular pneumatic system include EtherNet/IP adapters, pneumatic supply with discrete signal control adapters, blind plates and intermediate plates. These components are needed for the beginning and end of a CMV series solenoid valve bank.

Modular Solenoid Valves

• Solenoid valves for the NITRA CMV modular pneumatic system are available in a variety of configurations to create an assembly that fits the specific application.
• Solenoid valve modules can be stacked together in a system to simplify installation, wiring and plumbing.
• Mix valve sizes as needed
• 3-way/2-position (2 spool valves), 5-way/2-position and 5-way/3-position valves available
• Four port size combinations:
  • 3/8"in, 5/32" (4mm) out
  • 3/8"in, 1/4" out
  • 3/8"in, 5/16" (8mm) out
  • 3/8"in, 3/8"out
• Single solenoid spring return or dual solenoids per valve
• Up to 16 valves (16 solenoids max) per manifold assembly
• Locking manual operator
• IP65 (when NITRA DB25 cable used)
• NBR / Buna-N gaskets and O-ring
