Long male elbow push-to-connect pneumatic fittings are useful where an extended length makes a right angle connection easier. Featuring durable thermoplastic (PBT) bodies, fittings are available with NPT or R-thread connections, in a selection of termination sizes.
Push-to-Connect Pneumatic Fittings
Category Selection
A wide selection of pneumatic push-to-connect fittings is available for easy termination of flexible tubing. Connections are made by simply inserting the tubing end into the fitting, which is held in place with gripping claws. To release the tubing, press the circular release ring and the tubing can be easily pulled out.
- Large selection of air fitting configurations
- Models available to fit tubing sizes of 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch and 4mm to 16mm (outside diameter)
- #10-32 through 1/2 NPT, M5 through 1/2R BSPT and G1/8 through G1/2 BSPP threads available
- Tough thermoplastic, nickel-plated brass, or stainless steel fitting bodies; stainless steel tube gripping claws, nickel-plated brass or stainless steel threads with pre-applied Teflon sealant (-ring on #10-32, 5mm and G threads)
- Select models have color-coded release rings to differentiate between inch (black) and metric (blue) sizes
- The bodies of elbow and tee fittings with threaded connections can be rotated after installation to allow for variations in piping direction
- Working pressure ratings up to 150 psi (stainless steel fittings up to 290 psi)
- Working temperature ratings up to 140°F (stainless steel fittings up to 390°F)
