The CLICK PLC offers a scalable solution
The stand-alone
CLICK PLCs can compete on size, price and ease of use with
hardware designed for micro-projects, even programmable relays.
But, they are also expandable and have features you'd expect in a
practical PLC.
• Six Types of PLC Units to Fit Your Needs
starting at only $69
- Basic PLCs
with discrete-only inputs and outputs
- Standard PLCs
with discrete-only I/O, plus an extra communications port and battery backup
- Analog PLCs
both discrete and analog I/O, plus an extra comm port and battery backup
- Ethernet Basic PLCs
with discrete-only I/O and battery backup
- Ethernet Standard PLCs
with discrete-only I/O, plus an extra communications port and battery backup
- Ethernet Analog PLCs
both discrete and analog I/O, plus an extra comm port and battery backup
• High Speed Counting
- High speed counting and interval/duration/frequency measurement
- Supported by Ethernet CPUs with DC inputs
- Counting: Up, Down, Up/Down, Pulse/Direction, Quadrature (with Z)
- Measurement: Intervals (Edge-Edge), Duration (High/Low), Frequency (Hz/RPM)
- Preset Table to Trigger Outputs or Call Interrupt Programs
- 100 kHz Inputs
• CLICK PID
- PID loop control capability (up to 8 loops simultaneously) has been added to Ethernet Basic, Standard and Analog CLICK PLCs.
- PID offers features such as: Pulse width modulated control outputs, PID Monitor, Autotuning, Process variable alarms and Bumpless Transfer.
• Built-in Communications
- CLICK Basic PLCs have two built-in RS-232
communications ports: one programming port and one that can be
configured for either Modbus RTU or ASCII protocols
- CLICK Standard and Analog PLCs have an additional
built-in RS-485 communications port
- CLICK Ethernet PLC units have one built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet communications port that supports Modbus TCP Client/Server and EtherNet/IP Adapter/Server protocols and one standard RS-232 serial comm port. Additionally, Ethernet Standard and Ethernet Analog PLC Units have an RS-485 port for Modbus and ASCII communication.
• Easy Installation
- The CLICK PLC programmable control system does not
require a mounting base, which saves on space.
- The CLICK PLC CPU and stackable I/O modules are connected together
via an expansion port on the sides of the modules.
• Expandable I/O
- A powered CLICK PLC unit can be used as a complete
standalone PLC control system with eight input points and six
output points built-in,
- Or, the PLC controller can be expanded with the
addition of up to eight stackable I/O modules.
- A variety of CLICK stackable I/O modules are available for
flexible and optimal PLC system configuration.
