Encoder Linear Measuring Systems & Components
Encoder measuring wheels ride along the surface of moving material to measure its distance of travel. An encoder-coupled wheel is mounted to a spring-loaded arm (sold separately or as a unit) to generate quadrature output signals used for speed control, cut-to-length, and positioning applications.
