Accessories for Standard and High Construction Profile (HC) Heavy Duty Multi-Wire Connectors include:
Heavy-duty multi-wire connectors are used wherever there is a need for a secure, simple and time-saving assembly of machinery and facilities.
Most of the connector housings are made of die-cast aluminum (or thermoplastic for some Size 3A housings) and offer excellent protection against dirt, moisture and mechanical stress. Multi-wire connectors make it possible to easily connect signal, power, and data connections.
Crimp contacts are made of hard-silver plated copper alloy. (Some models have gold plated contacts for low voltage/ low current applications).
Wires to be connected must be carefully matched with the correct
wire size of crimp contacts.
Wire connector crimp
contacts should be installed using an appropriate crimping tool.
