Reviews for CLICK PLUS PLC Stackable I/O Modules

This is one of the most useful Click modules AD offers. It's incredibly handy to have beefy relays directly integrated into the PLC, no need to mount/wire/test separate modules. Just plugs right in and you're good to go. One point deducted from Quality score because, like all the other Click modules, the enclosure is quite plasticky. But at this price point, the quality is actually quite impressive, and functionality-wise, this module works a treat.

Excellent addition to the click PLCs, and in conjunction with the ZL-RRL16-24-1 the applications are limitless.

I bought one of these for a test stand. It made simulating inputs in program testing much easier than wiring in switches. It works exactly as you'd expect, with the switches behaving as inputs. No issues with the one I bought, and I'd recommend it if you do a lot of program testing before final installation.

Easy to use and the help on products is excellent.

I have found these modules to be very fussy. If the RTD cables are routed anywhere near devices that may cause noise, I have found the readings to be wildly off. Not just noisy, but erroneous by 20 to 60 degrees or more. I used the same PT100 sensors and cables with a 4-20mA signal converter and they are solid. The PLC module seems to be the issue. Maybe they are OK in an application with excessive shielding and no drives or AC loads, but I don't know.
