This processor is easily as or powerful than any processor available. I have had some trouble adjusting to the need to use tag-based programming, but that is me: I'm old-school. I just completed a three-processor upgrade to a system of two drop-bottom ovens and a Quench Management system. They share data over an Ethernet link. These systems were originally SLC504 CPUs. I translated the programs and the Panelmate touchscreens. The systems are working like new. The PID is very easy to use.
