This is the first time I've used this relay but read the review that stated these relays overheated. I tested them by taping a thermocouple to the relay side with the metal plate holding the relay coil. After one hour at 120V the measured temperature was 115F. Did the same test with a relay from an other manufacturer and measured 103F. No finger burning from either relay. Years ago I ran into a system using a 240/139volt wye voltage source. The users were using the 240 to common thinking they were getting 120V. The items plugged into to those outlets were hotter than a pistol. Wonder what the control voltage was for the hot relays?
