With the C-more EA9-RHMI headless HMI you can display your factory floor data how and where you choose. The EA9-RHMI has all the powerful functionality of the C-more Touch Panel HMIs, without display size restrictions. This HDMI-enabled device works with televisions, monitors, projectors, and most any other HDMI display device of any size to display real-time operational data or messages. The integrated USB ports allows support for industrial touch screen monitor displays that support USB interface or USB mouse operations.
Added TLS and STARTTLS encrypted Email support to allow a more secure connection to the most popular email servers. This helps prevent eavesdropping on email as it is carried between servers that have enabled TLS protections.
The EA-ECOM is a communications expansion module that allows for a secondary Ethernet port to be used for programming, PLC communications and Remote Access with a web browser or Mobile app if supported by the Connected HMI device. "-R" C-more panels do not support expansion modules.
This new tool resets the built-in Flash Root webserver files to the original factory default without effecting the C-more project file itself. All custom files stored in the webserver location will be deleted.
The Network IP Address for the local and remote settings can now be displayed onb the HMI if needed.
These Internal Tags are Readable only.
These new screen capture features allow more flexibility for automated Events
When the Random Password Keypad option is activated, the Keypad object used by Operators to enter passwords, will appear on random areas of the HMI screen. This helps reduce touch screen wear on the HMI while also reducing security risks by eliminating finger wear patterns. This option is selected in the software Panel Manager.
When simulating projects on your PC users can now simulate logging data to external memory devices. Folders are automatically created on the PC hard drive that simulate the External memory devices used for logging data. This allows Event Manager and other Log features to be tested on your PC without the need of the HMI panel.
New tags have been added to allow monitoring and logging of touchscreen activity. Activity information can then be used to improve processes and or determine product usage.
Allows C-more to access all memory locations in the Do-more PLC's
The Circle meter allows for a graphical comparison of the part to the whole in a process. By representing a percentage of the total, the Circle Meter helps communicate context to operators for many types of data values
Improved connection handling for remote access applications that may have poor network reliability or limited bandwidth. This will improve the performance for the C-more Remote HMI mobile app as well.
C-more can now assign individual bits of the Productivity PLC 'word' integer data types
Added additional setting in the Panel Manager configuration to help AB PLC users with communication and/or version changes that often occur with the AB PLC products. These features are configured in the Panel Manager.
For our C-more power users, the New Property List Tool reduces the time to make bulk edits to multiple objects with similar properties. From this window the user can select a property and edit the field.
The Alarm and Error Banners now allow larger fonts and color selections. Multiple lines are also now supported for longer messages that may wrap text. These features are configured in the Panel Manager.
Our development team is continually working to improve the entire software user experience with every new release. We have added three new protocols, however many of the items in this release are requested by users and help to edit or navigate a project.
Navigate the project screens much faster using this new tool that retains a history of the screens as you have selected them:
Right Clicking the mouse on the screen window will also enable the "Jump to Screen" list. This will list all the screens in our project with the screen number and the screen name. No more scrolling endlessly to find that screen you need.
The Grid type for the Screen workspace has been improved to offer a foreground Dot Grid that helps for positioning objects on the screen.
The Duplicate tool (Ctrl + D) allows you to duplicate selected objects or screens within the project. It does not use the windows Clipboard so there is no effect on the data stored in the clipboard.
Note: The Software also supports the (Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V) keyboard commands for Copy/Paste for working with the windows Clipboard
This new feature allows a you to quickly cycle selected objects or all the objects on a screen to visually see how the objects will appear in their active states. The tools are conveniently located on the main toolbar for quick access. And don't forget you can always use the and the Simulate feature to run a complete project simulation
New options have been added for more choices on where to store the project in the panel. The Project Storage/Boot location tells the software the target memory storage location on the panel and also the sets the panels Boot location.
This feature allows the project to be loaded to the Built-in-Flash memory even when an SD1 card is installed. This leaves the SD1 card free for logging data if needed. The SD1 can then be removed for use without removing the project from the Panel
The Edit Tool has been grouped to for quicker access and to allow arrangement of the toolbars to better suit your editing preference.
