It was the only robot at the competition that could climb the entire pyramid. The climbing mechanism was 100% pneumatic, using Automation Direct cylinders, fittings, tubing, flow control and pressure sensors and regulators. Look close and you will see it utilized a dynamic center of gravity - the entire base shifts relative to the superstructure so the team could dynamically adjust the angle of the extension ladder.
