The Stridelinx VPN router can make even the farthest machines and automation installations, just a click away. This IT approved Remote Access Solution allows for a secure connection to your remote PLCs or devices, from any local internet connection. This allows for remote programming or monitoring without the complicated Networking setup. The first part of this solution is the hardware. The Stridelinx VPN routers come in three styles. There is the wired version that will connect to your existing RJ45 network. There is the Wireless version and then the 4G LTE version. The Wifi and the 4G LTE will require a separate antennae. This 4G LTE cellular version will require an AT&T Sim card and Data plan. Now, each of these routers have 5 gigabit ports, they are din rail mounted, and they can be powered by 12 to 24 VDC. Once you have the hardware in place, the setup is very user friendly. You will use the Stridelinx website to create an account. In this account, you will make a configuration, you will copy that configuration to a USB dive, like the one included with the router, you will plug this into the router and power up the router. You will only need to configure the router through the USB drive for the initial configuration. After it is connected to the Cloud network, then you will be able to make changes in real time, from remote locations. If you find you need help during the initial setup, we have detailed videos for the initial setup for each style router. From your Stridelinx account, you can manage multiple routers and devices under one account, all while having unlimited users. This account also allows for individual user security access and customizable user permissions. This account has free 5GB bandwidth per month per account, while allowing for unlimited client connections and unlimited mobile sessions. This allows you to organize all of your remote automation networks, from around the world, under one secure umbrella. Now, one of the features that can really leverage your maintenance dollar is the cloud based data logging upgrade. For as little as 15 dollars a month, you will be track changes and issues from your remote device up to the cloud network and then access this data from anywhere. No more flights, no more long days on the road, just quick secure improvements and monitoring from your local internet connection.
