Select BRX PLCs feature onboard high-speed I/O capable of up to 3 coordinated axes of pulse train motion with additional virtual axes for internal control and following applications. BRX HSIO modules provide 2MHz of high-speed I/O with control of up to 4 axis per card.

BRX PLC Motion Components
BRX PLC units with built-in high-speed I/O can be used to coordinate up to 3 axes of motion alone or control many more axes when adding HSIO expansion modules. BRX CPUs and PLC units with no onboard high-speed I/O can also be used for motion control applications simply by adding one or more of the HSIO high-speed expansion modules.
- 10-point, 18-point and 36-point PLC models offer built-in high-speed I/O
