Rack and Pinions are mechanical gear components that convert rotary motion into linear motion. High precision Helical Gear Teeth, on both the Rack and Pinion, provide smooth and quiet linear motion. These pinions are designed to be mounted to the output shaft of our SureGear stepper or servo gearboxes, and also work with other popular brands. They are hardened and work with ISO 10 hardened racks.

GAM helical racks are high precision for smooth and quiet operation. Multiple rack sections can be installed to get the length needed for your application. Racks are available in various module pitches and number of teeth per section.
