Designed for static and lateral loads up to 169N, internal linear guide types employ internal crown or double V-shaped wheeled carriages riding on the inside of rigid guide tracks. Used in tandem for better forgiveness when in unaligned frames and components, these guides require no lubrication.

Linear guides and rail systems generate lower friction than comparable sliding bearings. Because of this, less power is required to move a load, higher speeds can be achieved, and greater efficiency is reached. Linear bearings and rails offer recirculating ball bearings to handle extremely heavy loads. External carriages and guides handle heavy loads in dirty environments, with constant lubrication. Internal carriages and guides handle lighter loads and tolerate component misalignment with no lubrication required.

Linear bearings and rail products provide 4-direction load sharing for lower friction and smooth motion. Linear bearing blocks are available in three different series, with flanged, rectangular, and long-rectangular form factors. Matching rails are precision ground for close-tolerance mating with the bearing blocks.
