Why use VFD cable
VFDs generate disruptive electrical noise in the environment around them. The noise emitted can affect other devices such as electronic equipment, commercial grade Ethernet systems and instrumentation wiring. VFD cables combat that by utilizing grounding, shielding & insulation.
Grounding Configuration and Termination
An improper cable connected to VFDs creates noise-related issues within the system and improperly terminated cables can release captured noise current.
