Free Shipping

We offer fast free shipping* for most orders over $49 U.S., and that includes the brokerage fees (when using an AutomationDirect nominated broker).
By using our choice of carrier (typically air service), we can reach most Canadian destinations within 2 to 3 business days.

All other shipping services (such as expedited and LTL items), and shipping on orders under $49, are calculated based on order weight.

*Free shipping does not apply to items requiring LTL transport, but LTL shipments can take advantage of our negotiated super-low flat rates (based on weight) that include brokerage fees. See below for LTL shipping information.

LTL Shipping

Heavy/large items which require LTL shipping always incur shipping charges, however their value is used to calculate if the complete order is over $49 total, and only the weight of the LTL-required portion of a qualifying order will be used to calculate freight costs. We have negotiated super-low LTL flat rates that include brokerage fees.

General Notes

For Canadian orders that are not or cannot be brokered through AutomationDirect, including vendor-shipped items from any location other than our Cumming, GA warehouse, you must make arrangements with your own broker regarding these items.
